Role Overview
Snap is hiring a Sales Operations Associate to join the Intelligence & Data Architecture team within Sales Operations. In this role, you will help create and maintain datasets and dashboards that inform sales strategy and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with sellers, sales leaders, and teams across Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Finance, and Data Science to ensure the revenue organization has reliable data, clear insights, and timely support for deeper analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and update dashboards that give sellers, managers, and leadership practical visibility into performance and trends.
- Assist with the creation and upkeep of data pipelines that populate the sales data warehouse and strengthen data quality and accessibility.
- Work with Sales Strategy, CRM, and other partners to deliver analysis and reporting that supports strategic projects.
- Drive adoption of self-service datasets and dashboards through documentation, training sessions, onboarding support, and ongoing help for users.
- Track and resolve questions from data warehouse and BI users, including troubleshooting, permission handling, access requests, data issues, and user-experience improvements.
- Look for ways to use AI agents, automation, and workflow tools to speed up reporting, improve self-serve analytics, and help teams get insights more efficiently.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts, with experience querying and working with platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar tools.
- Background creating scalable dashboards, reports, and shared datasets in Tableau, Looker, or comparable BI platforms, ideally for 100+ stakeholders.
- Ability to turn raw data into understandable reporting and actionable recommendations for both operations teams and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to unpack ambiguous questions and define practical, data-driven approaches.
- Excellent execution in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to juggle priorities, maintain accuracy, and flag risks or blockers early.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Sales Operations, or a related area is required, or equivalent experience. A BA/BS in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Business is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Experience
It is a plus if you have built reporting for sales teams ranging from frontline sellers and managers to senior leadership. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud, is also valued, as is experience with data pipelines or orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar platforms.
Work Arrangement
