Role overview
Join the India Amazon Freight team as a sales professional focused on promoting express line-haul services to shippers. This position calls for someone who has already delivered strong results in sales, understands the transportation space well, and can develop trusted relationships with decision-makers. The role is an individual contributor position and requires a self-driven problem solver who can work with minimal direction.
Candidates with experience selling surface freight solutions will have an added advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Promote line-haul services to shippers across sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, third-party logistics, and consumer brands.
- Source, identify, and assess new business opportunities.
- Create leads and evaluate prospective customers.
- Deliver sales pitches and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at enterprise shipping accounts.
- Monitor sales outcomes and prepare performance updates.
- Keep current with market developments and proven sales practices.

Basic qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or an equivalent field.
