About the role
GHS Solutions is looking for scaffolders to join its expanding team in Geraldton, Western Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for people who want stable work, a supportive workplace, and room to progress.

What you will do
- Build and take down scaffolding safely and efficiently, following customer needs and Australian Standards.
- Help plan and prepare for scaffolding work before each job starts.
- Complete scaffold inspection checklists for every assignment.
- Keep job-related records and documents accurate and up to date.
- Work honestly, ethically, and with integrity in all tasks.
- Contribute actively to a safer workplace for yourself and others.
What is needed
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Practical experience and confidence in erecting and dismantling scaffolding.
- Willingness and ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
Licences and certifications
- Construction Industry White Card is essential.
- MSIC licence is essential, or the ability to obtain one.
- WorkSafe WA High Risk Licence for Advanced, Intermediate, or Basic Scaffolding is essential.
- Current Working at Heights certification is essential.
- Current National Police Clearance is essential.
- WorkSafe WA High Risk Forklift Licence is preferred.
- Truck driver licence is preferred.
- Current Confined Space certification is preferred.

Compensation is described as competitive, with a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000+.
