Senior Data Analyst

Role overview

This position is responsible for steering the Group’s master data governance and analytics capability. The role focuses on safeguarding the accuracy, consistency, and end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise master data across all business areas while also shaping analytics and reporting outputs that support decisions at leadership and operational levels.

The role also serves as the key IT contact for master data and analytics matters, contributing to ERP modernization, SAP alignment, and organization-wide data migration and governance programs. The aim is to provide dependable KPIs, dashboards, and intelligent insights that strengthen business performance and process control.

Core responsibilities

• Own and drive master data governance and data quality programs across the group.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration work for ERP and SAP transformation efforts.
• Build and implement the group’s reporting and analytics direction.
• Create and upkeep dashboards, KPIs, and management reports with Power BI and other business intelligence platforms.
• Assist SAP integration initiatives while keeping data aligned across connected systems.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to deliver practical, data-led solutions.
• Encourage the use of AI-enabled analytics and ongoing process improvement.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP, ERP, master data management, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong familiarity with SAP business processes and master data governance practices.
• Practical exposure to data migration, data harmonization, and ERP rollout or implementation projects.
• Advanced capability in Power BI, dashboard development, KPI tracking, and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and logistics workflows.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Business Objects.
• Familiarity with SAP FIORI or ABAP.
• Experience with AI-based analytics and data governance frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate with operations teams so maintenance work fits within operational schedules.

This is an on-site role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
