Senior Dispatch Agent

Role Overview

This position focuses on managing dispatch activities for cross-border trucking and heavy-weight dispatch operations, including on-road coordination. The role is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and is designed for someone who can work with accuracy, follow defined procedures, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out assigned processes and procedures within required timelines while maintaining a high level of correctness, completeness, and adherence to internal and external standards. When irregularities occur, you should evaluate the situation using established rules and decide on the appropriate action. More complicated matters may need to be referred to senior colleagues.

Skills and Core Capabilities

The role calls for strong attention to detail, good planning and coordination abilities, comfortable use of Microsoft Office and general PC tools, effective interpersonal communication, and sound problem-solving skills.
