Senior Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview

Urban Ridge Supplies is looking for a seasoned Senior Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical expertise to support its operations in Doha, Qatar. The role calls for someone with extensive hands-on experience in maintenance, operations, and technical coordination.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications and Experience

• UPDA Grade A certification is required.
• QCDD approval is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of maintenance operations and tendering processes.
• Working knowledge of ELV systems such as UPS, ACS, BMS, CBS, AV, and similar setups.
• Experience with electrical systems including LV, MV, transformers, and generators.
• Ability to perform electrical load calculations such as cable sizing and breaker sizing.
• Capability to assess CAD drawings and technical documents.
• Experience preparing material submittals and carrying out technical evaluations.
• Ability to estimate tenders and analyze costs accurately.

Operational Skills

• Exposure to CMMS and CAFM platforms.
• Ability to track KPIs and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
• Experience in creating and implementing SOPs.

Leadership Expectations

• Proven experience leading technical teams effectively.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows OEM guidance and recognized international standards.
