ജോലി വിവരണം
Company Overview
DCN Group is a construction and development business with more than three decades of experience delivering quality-focused outcomes. The company has grown from a construction-led background into a wider service offering that includes detailed construction methods as well as full end-to-end development support.
The organisation’s culture is built around quality, safety, teamwork, discipline, cooperation, and a strong commitment to producing excellent results. These values extend across internal teams and the subcontractors they work with, and the business is known for maintaining high standards without sacrificing safety or practical, creative solutions.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager position based in the Greater Sydney Area. The role is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish across construction and development work, ensuring delivery is well planned, properly resourced, financially controlled, and aligned with required standards.
What You’ll Do
You will guide cross-functional teams, work closely with subcontractors and suppliers, and make sure all activity meets safety, quality, and regulatory expectations. The position also involves tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks, keeping stakeholders informed, and improving project delivery practices over time.
In addition, the role supports strategic planning, helps develop and mentor project team members, and contributes to a disciplined and collaborative work environment that supports strong project outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring solid project management capability and experience handling complex construction or development assignments. Experience in expediting and coordinating materials, services, and timelines across multiple parties is important, as is the ability to manage inspections and uphold compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Strong logistics management skills are needed to support supply chain coordination, scheduling, and on-site resource delivery. Prior experience in the construction sector, ideally in a senior leadership capacity, is preferred. A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a closely related field is highly desirable.
Core Skills
The role calls for excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, along with strong problem-solving, risk awareness, and a disciplined approach to safety and compliance. The successful candidate should also be comfortable managing multiple projects at once while working on-site in the Greater Sydney Area.
