Job Overview

The company is seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Site Engineer to support its project team in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing on-site operations, making sure all work follows approved drawings, project specifications, quality expectations, and agreed timelines, while coordinating effectively with all relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and confirm that work aligns with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep project execution running smoothly.
• Examine technical drawings, method statements, and other site documentation.
• Track progress against the project schedule and ensure quality benchmarks are being met.
• Spot technical or site-related issues and address them promptly.
• Carry out routine site inspections and verify compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
• Assist with planning, reporting, and monitoring project progress.
• Prepare site-based reports and keep project records organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Solid understanding of site execution, construction techniques, and project coordination.
• Background in managing site operations and supervising subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of project timelines, quality control practices, and safety regulations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and engineering-related software tools.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred or required.
