About the Role
BelWo Inc is seeking a skilled SmartCOMM Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring you to work from the office. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting customer communication solutions using Smart Communications (SmartCOMM). You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer correspondence and document generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates and document generation solutions using SmartCOMM.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SmartCOMM design and development specifications.
- Configure and customize SmartCOMM solutions for customer correspondence, statements, letters, invoices, and other business communications.
- Develop and maintain SmartCOMM workflows, templates, business rules, and data mappings.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to SmartCOMM implementations.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) development.
- Strong experience in SmartCOMM Template Designer, SmartCOMM Interactive, and SmartCOMM Batch.
- Experience in customer communication management (CCM) solutions and document generation platforms.
- Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, CSS, and data mapping concepts.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of document composition, correspondence management, and communication workflows.
- Familiarity with version control systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
Important Note
This is a Work From Office (WFO) position based in Mohali. Candidates applying for this role should be willing to relocate to Mohali if currently based in another location.
