Store Team Lead

In this store leadership role, you will help deliver memorable customer experiences and consistently high service standards. You will oversee opening and closing routines, coach the team on products and promotions, and support the store in reaching its daily sales goals and wider business objectives. Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care by applying the C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
• Help build a positive store culture by encouraging team members to share ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Organize work priorities, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines and daily store activities are completed on time.
• Support multiple store functions, including customer service, product placement, visual presentation, and backroom organization.
• Assist with daily retail operations such as POS usage, stock replenishment, pricing changes, markdown execution, loyalty program promotion, and upkeep of store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Set a strong example for the team and work with store management to improve personal performance through sales-focused methods.
• Follow asset protection standards, including shrink control, inventory accuracy, and compliance requirements.

Candidate profile

• A Level or Diploma education is preferred.
• At least 3 to 4 years of overall retail experience is required, with prior store leadership exposure considered an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are needed for interaction with store staff, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email, along with retail point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and challenge a team while supporting strong results.
• Preparedness to work rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Willingness to work in a high-growth, fast-paced retail setting.
• Regular attendance is essential, and the schedule may include extended hours.
• Knowledge of one or more additional languages is an advantage.
