Role overview
DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for a Storeperson in Berrinba, Queensland. This warehouse position sits within a high-energy operation where accuracy, speed, and service quality are essential. The role supports smooth day-to-day warehouse flow and helps ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
Key duties
- Handle inbound and outbound orders with care, making sure processing is both prompt and correct.
- Place incoming stock into the right storage locations to keep the warehouse orderly and easy to work in.
- Carry out stock replenishment on time so product remains available and operations continue without interruption.
- Use handheld devices, including RF scanners, to support order handling and inventory control.
- Work with the Warehouse Management System to generate labels and confirm information is accurate.
- Assist with stock counts and stocktake activities whenever required to support inventory accuracy.
- Stay alert to workplace risks and help maintain a safe working environment for the team.

Candidate profile
- Prior experience in a busy, high-volume warehouse setting.
- Background in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
- Hands-on experience using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a strong customer service focus.
- Working knowledge of inventory processes and stock control.
- Forklift licence is preferred and considered highly desirable.
