Supply Chain Analyst

Role overview

Reve is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in the United States for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting operational issues, and improving how supply chain activities run across procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning.

What you will do

• Study supply chain data to uncover patterns, risks, and areas where performance can be improved.
• Track inventory status, forecasted demand, and supply planning workflows.
• Contribute to procurement, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Create and update dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Detect supply chain bottlenecks and suggest practical process improvements.
• Support demand planning and forecasting efforts.
• Review supplier performance and assist with vendor management tasks.
• Maintain accuracy of data across supply chain platforms and reporting tools.
• Help drive initiatives that reduce costs and improve efficiency.

What we’re looking for

The role calls for a highly analytical professional with a strong eye for detail, solid problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment. You should be confident using Excel for data analysis and have exposure to reporting and visualization tools. A good grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes is important, along with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or another data-driven analytical role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Good understanding of supply chain operations and related workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus good organization.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or comparable systems.
• Understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query-based data tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methods.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce supply chains would be an advantage.
