Role Overview
Keeper Security is looking for a motivated Systems Support Engineer to join its B2B EMEA support function. The role is suited to candidates who live permanently in Ireland. If you are within a reasonable commuting distance of the Cork office, the position is hybrid; if you live farther away, it can be performed fully remotely.

What the Role Involves
You will be part of a highly skilled team of Systems Support Engineers and Sales Engineers, contributing to post-sale technical support and overall customer experience. The job focuses on resolving technical issues, analyzing problems, and helping business customers understand technical information regardless of their level of technical expertise.
Shift schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer support through phone, email, and online support channels.
- Act as the customer’s voice by ensuring service issues and product-quality concerns are recorded, prioritised, resolved, and fed back into the product release process.
- Support customers with the installation and rollout of Keeper software products.
- Monitor open support cases closely and make sure they are followed through to timely closure.
- Identify customer problems clearly, document them accurately, and work toward practical solutions.
- Escalate urgent or complex customer situations to the right management or engineering contacts.
- Share technical findings and resolutions with engineering, QA, sales, support teams, and customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management and systems administration.
- Practical experience administering and troubleshooting Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux systems.
- Exposure to Single Sign-On environments.
- Experience configuring and supporting Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of firewalls, Active Directory environments, DNS servers, authentication protocols, and LDAP.
- Advanced command-line skills in Linux shell and PowerShell.
- Solid knowledge of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting identity and access management solutions, including privileged access management, is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly, handle objections, and learn complex technical products.

This is a weekend-shift role running Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
