Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will own and steer the end-to-end hiring function for Rosewood Red Sea, with responsibility for attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent that reflects the brand’s ultra-luxury standards and service ethos.
This position is especially important during the pre-opening stage, as it helps shape a diverse and high-performing workforce across all functions, supports readiness for operations, and introduces Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® and service culture from the first candidate touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy that supports the property’s opening schedule and phased operational ramp-up.
- Work closely with EXCOM and department leaders to map staffing requirements and plan onboarding by position.
- Anticipate future recruitment demand and ensure approved vacancies are filled on time.
- Align hiring plans with asset management standards, compensation benchmarks, and Saudization obligations.
- Manage recruitment across all job levels, from frontline roles to senior leadership positions.
- Develop sourcing campaigns across international talent markets, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Establish productive relationships with recruitment partners, hospitality schools, and talent networks.
- Handle job marketing through Avature, LinkedIn, Hosco, and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Strengthen Rosewood Red Sea’s positioning as a preferred employer in the ultra-luxury hospitality space.
- Deliver a polished, responsive, and premium candidate experience that matches Rosewood standards.
- Represent the brand at recruitment events, career fairs, and global hiring initiatives.
- Embed the brand’s culture and values throughout every stage of selection.
- Ensure interview processes are structured, competency-based, and consistent across departments.
- Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices.
- Maintain hiring quality and consistency while ensuring alignment with role expectations and brand values.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
- Partner with Talent & Culture, Housing, and Operations teams to support a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage onboarding coordination, including visa processing, travel planning, and accommodation readiness.
- Support batch onboarding schedules and help ensure associates arrive according to project timelines.
- Make sure new joiners are successfully immersed in the Rosewood culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within luxury hospitality or large pre-opening environments.
- Solid knowledge of global hiring markets and sourcing approaches.
- Prior exposure to mass hiring and pre-opening projects is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of KSA labor regulations and Saudization requirements will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Avature or comparable ATS tools is needed.
- Experience in pre-opening settings, commissioning phases, and large-scale infrastructure operations is preferred.
