About the Role

Einstein Bros. Bagels has been serving freshly baked bagels every day since 1995. The brand focuses on creating a cheerful guest experience, supporting work-life balance, and helping team members enjoy both their career and personal life. Stores close at 2:00 PM, so evening and night shifts are not part of this role.

The team is seeking a Team Member who enjoys working in a busy bakery environment, greeting guests warmly, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. This position plays an important part in making mornings better for customers while supporting the bakery’s quality and service standards.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will welcome guests, help create a friendly and memorable visit, and act as a representative of the brand. You will support great service by maintaining food and beverage quality and keeping the store safe and clean. The job is meant for someone who enjoys teamwork, fast-paced service, and making customers feel valued.

Pay and Schedule

The hourly pay range for this position is $14.00 to $21.00, depending on local and state minimum wage rules and the employer’s expected pay range for the role. The schedule is flexible, but working hours may vary based on business needs, including early-morning shifts as early as 3:00 AM and weekends. You will not be scheduled past 3:00 PM.
