The role is broad in scope and functions as a true recruiting generalist across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market hiring, depending on where support is most needed.
You may be sourcing for a senior backend engineer one week and supporting a product manager search or a new leadership hiring initiative the next. The position is designed for someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and help shape how teams are built as the business expands.
What the role involves
- Building talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and inbound applications.
- Running strong first-round recruiter screens that assess fit while also creating excitement about the opportunity.
- Working closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, align on candidate quality, and share market insights.
- Guiding candidates through the interview journey and maintaining a strong experience from the first conversation through the offer stage.
- Developing depth across multiple functions and adjusting quickly as hiring needs change.
