Time Keeper

Role Overview

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is looking for a Time Keeper to support time-entry and payroll-related tracking in a plant setting in Pampa, Texas. This contract position focuses on accurate recording of working hours for turnaround staff, contract workers, and full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using TRACK for timekeeping is required.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is needed.
• Background in timekeeping or another field operations role will be expected.
• Experience entering time for turnaround workers, contract staff, and permanent employees in a plant environment is important.

Required Skills

• Strong discretion when handling sensitive information
• Careful attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in a plant or industrial environment
