Job Objective

Support visitors with an engaging guided experience that deepens their appreciation of the museum and helps them understand the exhibits and content more clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and accompany them through their museum visit.
• Present museum information in a manner tailored to different audiences such as families, students, VIP visitors, and others.
• Interact with visitors, respond to questions, and handle general inquiries.
• Help ensure visitor movement during tours remains organized and efficient.
• Act as a representative of the museum’s identity, values, and standards.
• Deliver a welcoming, memorable, and people-focused experience for every guest.
• Keep thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all museum-related content.
