Job Title: Traffic / Vehicle Marshall

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Traffic and Vehicle Marshall for a construction and property services contractor. The role involves managing vehicle movements on a site accessible to the public. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member and capable of assisting with general storekeeping tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position.

08:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Safely guide and direct site vehicles in a public-facing setting.
• Uphold stringent health and safety standards consistently.
• Support with general storekeeping duties, including organizing inventory and managing stock levels.
• Perform refuelling tasks as needed.
• Contribute to daily operational tasks within the wider team.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid CPCS card (Blue card preferred; Red card with relevant experience will be considered).
• A strong understanding of site safety protocols and public interaction.
• Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and a professional demeanor.
• Effective communication abilities and a capacity for teamwork.
