Job Overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. Role Purpose

As a Villa Host, your main responsibility is to deliver highly personalized, prompt, and attentive guest service that consistently raises satisfaction levels. The role calls for close attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs. You will be responsible for the villas assigned to you and will provide leadership in overseeing their upkeep, cleanliness, and overall presentation. This role plays an important part in upholding the hotel’s professional service standards.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good command of English.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Butler or Villa Host.
• Warm, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Self-driven, practical, and capable of working without close supervision.
• Sound judgment and confident decision-making skills.
