Virtual Clinical Educator

Role Overview

Inizio Engage is partnering with a leading biotechnology organization to support its Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs teams. This opening is for a caring healthcare professional who can provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers by phone or virtual communication as they move through diagnosis and treatment.

The position offers the chance to represent a major biotechnology brand while contributing to better patient experiences and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver non-promotional education about disease states through inbound or outbound calls, as directed by the client.
• Provide outbound support focused on medication adherence for patients and caregivers.
• Work with live video-conferencing tools and client or web-based systems when needed.
• Record demographic details and track outcomes tied to reimbursement services and literature distribution.
• Use only approved program and client materials without altering, reproducing, or sharing them.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality while following approved talking points and call guides.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with key customers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Support service delivery across different healthcare segments as assigned by the client or Inizio Engage.
• Look for practical and innovative ways to improve partnership opportunities.
• Handle administrative duties such as daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, email correspondence, and time entry.
• Participate in local or national meetings and conferences when required to stay current and share knowledge with the Patient Solutions team.
• Care for company-issued equipment and materials according to policy.
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

Schedule and Working Conditions

Work hours may extend into evenings and weekends depending on operational needs.

Pay and Benefits

The base hourly rate for this role is $25.90 to $48.10. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, internal equity, and business requirements.
