About the Location

AMAALA is located on Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is known for its varied natural landscapes. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is part of a new wellness-focused destination and will include 220 keys made up of rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, along with 26 branded residential villas designed to overlook the bay and sea.

The property will feature a luxury spa within a tranquil garden setting and a sculpted waterfall, plus the Organic Spa Garden, which is planned as a centerpiece for sensory treatments such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skincare therapies. Fitness offerings will include a special collaboration with trainer Harley Pasternak, combining high-performance training with the wide-open terrain of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of hills, wadis, and beaches. Guests and residents will also have access to guided hikes, mountain biking, equestrian trails, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Role Overview

In this position, you will help create an outstanding dining experience by using strong menu knowledge, staying ahead of guest needs, and delivering smooth service from ordering through payment. The role focuses on building memorable experiences through attentive, polished, and personalized hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Explain food and beverage offerings clearly and engagingly, including details about ingredients, taste, and how items are prepared.
• Record guest orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen, and manage timing between courses and service delivery.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently while meeting expectations for quality and presentation.
• Stay alert to guest needs, handle requests, and address concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare guest bills, process payments, and correctly manage voids and complimentary items.
• Support the setup, closing, and upkeep of tables, buffets, and food service areas.
• Accept reservations and help keep service running smoothly.
• Collaborate respectfully with colleagues while following Four Seasons service and conduct standards.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have prior experience serving in luxury dining or fine-dining settings, along with a solid understanding of food and beverage service practices. Strong communication, a service-minded approach, and close attention to detail are important, as is the ability to anticipate guest preferences. A professional attitude, polished presentation, and a collaborative mindset are also expected.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. The role requires flexibility to work changing shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
