Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, transport, and distribution operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, compliant, and cost-effective management of warehouse and logistics activities while supporting operational excellence and customer service performance. Reporting into the Operations function, you will oversee all warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, inventory control, dispatch, transport coordination, and external distribution management. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory accuracy and ensure full product traceability through effective systems and controls.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective customer deliveries.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight partners, and transport suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
• Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP processes to support operational excellence.
• Manage company goods vehicle compliance, maintenance schedules, and fleet-related requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders.

About You

You are a hands-on operational leader with strong warehouse and logistics management experience within a manufacturing, food production, or FMCG environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a proven track record of driving performance improvements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
