About the internship

This in-office internship is focused on supporting individuals through the income tax return filing experience on the platform. You will handle customer interactions, help users complete live ITR filing, resolve issues, and ensure each case is brought to a successful close.

Core work

• Answer customer questions promptly and professionally through email, chat, and phone.
• Guide users step by step while they file their ITR live on the platform.
• Explain tax-related details, filing rules, and product functionality in a clear way.
• Diagnose customer problems and work with internal teams to get them resolved quickly.
• Track up with customers so their filing process is completed smoothly.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of conversations, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
• Work toward targets for service quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with tax filing workflows, product changes, and company guidelines.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 23rd Jun'26 and 28th Jul'26, be available for 2 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the work.

Stipend and structure

The internship pays a total stipend of INR 25,000 per month, split into a fixed component of INR 20,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 5,000 per month.
