Role overview

As a Product/Tech Support Engineer intern, you will help keep production systems running reliably by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and assisting with fixes. The work includes coordinating with internal teams and external users, with a strong focus on security, stability, and compliance in financial transactions.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve live issues in SaaS and fintech environments.
• Study REST APIs, review request and response patterns, and debug problems using tools such as Postman.
• Use n8n workflows and basic JavaScript logic, including conditions and functions, to support debugging.
• Track Linux systems, inspect logs, and carry out simple scripting tasks.
• Apply networking fundamentals such as TCP/UDP, IP allowlisting, and IP blocking while troubleshooting.
• Work with AWS services like IAM, S3, and EC2, and handle SSL/TLS certificate-related tasks.
• Run Docker containers, review container logs, and troubleshoot runtime issues.
• Navigate Kubernetes and Helm environments, inspect pods, deployments, and services, and analyze logs with kubectl.
• Use observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus to review logs, dashboards, and metrics.
• Support clients directly by handling technical queries with a structured troubleshooting approach.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are available for the 3-month duration, can start between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, and have relevant skills and interests. Preference is given to Computer Science Engineering students.

Additional requirements

• Hands-on exposure to production troubleshooting in SaaS or fintech settings.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, request/response handling, and practical use of Postman.
• Basic familiarity with n8n and JavaScript for debugging work.
• Comfort using Linux, reviewing logs, and performing basic scripting.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/UDP and IP management.
• Experience with AWS tools including IAM, S3, and EC2.
• Awareness of SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Prior exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is preferred.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving ability and readiness to handle technical support responsibilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical steps in a simple, structured way.
• Background in customer service or support, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting APIs and digital KYC solutions in financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment is an added advantage.

Compensation and duration

The internship offers a stipend of INR 30,000 to INR 35,000 per month. The duration is 3 months, and the internship begins immediately. The application deadline is 29 July 2026 at 11:59 PM.
