About the internship

This in-office telecalling internship is with Eyeshealth Vision Plus Private Limited, a growing eyewear and eye-care business operating through its parent company across 28 states in India. The organization has been active in the spectacles segment since 2004 under the Hashtag Eyewears brand and focuses on customer satisfaction, expansion, and long-term client relationships.

What you will do

• Reach out by phone to prospective and existing customers to present the company’s products and services.
• Identify, qualify, and develop sales prospects through strong communication and consistent follow-up.
• Foster lasting customer relationships by understanding each client’s business needs.
• Clearly explain product details, pricing, and promotional offers in a professional manner.
• Arrange follow-up calls and maintain prompt communication with interested leads.
• Keep customer details, call records, and lead updates accurate in Google Sheets or a CRM tool.
• Work with the sales team to support order handling and customer service coordination.
• Respond to customer questions courteously and route complex matters to the right team when needed.
• Work toward daily and weekly targets for calls, lead creation, and follow-ups.
• Submit daily progress updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, can commit for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
