About the Role
This position is centered on operational support, with a strong focus on document handling and data accuracy. The role involves checking physical and digital paperwork received from clients and creditors, making sure the information is entered correctly into internal systems, and keeping records current. Day-to-day work includes scanning files, updating client details, and raising customer service requests when needed. The environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented, and the role calls for careful judgment when managing sensitive information and following internal compliance standards. You will also coordinate with different teams to help maintain accurate client records and support efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine incoming paper and electronic documents from clients and creditors to confirm important details.
- Enter and revise client information accurately in company databases and tools.
- Scan physical records and upload them so they are clear, complete, and properly stored.
- Raise customer service requests and track them through to resolution when necessary.
- Work with multiple internal teams to keep client information accurate and up to date.
- Follow established procedures to protect confidential data and stay aligned with compliance requirements.
- Shift between several work queues or tasks during the day to help operations run smoothly.
- Use sound judgment to manage sensitive or complex matters with limited supervision.
- Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy and quality in every task.
Qualifications
- Comfort using computers and common Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Strong eye for detail and a consistent focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative work is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information carefully and responsibly.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certifications would be an advantage.
