Role overview
We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the PULL&BEAR store at Leipzig, Höfe am Brühl. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
What you will do
In this role, you turn strategy into day-to-day results on the shop floor. You connect people, performance, and operational processes, making sure the store runs smoothly and commercially.
You will guide the team, help develop talent, and ensure business goals are translated into practical action every day. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help set priorities, make decisions, and keep the store moving forward.
Your contribution will be visible across the team, the sales floor, and the numbers.

We are looking for someone who understands that a successful store is built through leadership that provides direction and motivation that delivers results.
You keep an eye on sales, service quality, and team atmosphere with equal focus. You are comfortable working with the Store Manager to coordinate priorities and drive continuous improvement.
