Role overview

The bakery team is seeking a Baker to help deliver high-quality baked goods and contribute to a department known for creativity, freshness, and customer appeal. This position suits someone looking to grow a career in bakery operations while working in a busy retail environment.

What you will do

• Produce and bake cakes, breads, and other quality bakery items for the department.
• Promote and follow Health and Safety as well as Food Safety standards to support a high level of service for bakery customers.
• Support the learning and day-to-day guidance of apprentices and other team members in the bakery.
