The Blaster Helper supports blast-site activities under the direct supervision of the blaster in charge. The role also includes loading bulk and packaged products into delivery trucks in a careful, dependable, and safety-focused way.

What you will do
- Carry out blast-site tasks while working under the direction of the lead blaster.
- Support blast planning and the layout of drill patterns.
- Help prepare blast reports by entering data accurately.
- Assist with hazard checks to help maintain a safe work area for everyone involved.
- Keep daily-use equipment clean and in proper working condition, including vehicles used to deliver explosive products.
- Move explosives safely and efficiently using delivery trucks.
- Take part in safety training sessions and meetings to strengthen company safety programs.

- Previous manual labor experience is preferred.
- Strong English reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
