In this role, you will lead research, analysis, and reporting across major parts of the crypto economy. The focus is on producing high-quality intelligence, applying subject matter expertise, solving problems in a structured way, and converting data into actionable insight.

Key Impact

• Monitor, examine, and document important segments of the crypto ecosystem to identify suspicious behavior.
• Use open-source intelligence methods to surface hidden risks and strengthen security visibility.
• Deliver intelligence that supports practical action against threat actors.
• Work closely with data and engineering teams to improve the product.
• Create reports that help law enforcement, internal stakeholders, and customers respond to cyber threats more effectively.

What You Bring

• Experience in intelligence-focused roles, preferably with exposure to blockchain intelligence.
• Strong open-source intelligence capability, including the ability to use open-source tools to gather and assess information.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and present complex findings in a clear and structured way.
• Working knowledge of blockchain systems, especially transaction tracing and identifying malicious activity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across functions.
• A high level of ownership, with a disciplined approach to meeting goals and deadlines.
• Relevant cybersecurity or intelligence credentials and background.
• Speaking Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, or Arabic is a major plus because much of the source material appears in those languages.
