About the role
This position is for an ABM/Brand Manager focused on makeup. You will steer the strategy, expansion, and everyday performance of a portfolio of makeup products. The role combines commercial ownership, content-led marketing, and product development, making it a strong fit for someone who can balance numbers with brand storytelling.
Reporting line
You will report to the Category Head – Makeup.
Experience needed
The role calls for 4 to 6 years of experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or FMCG, with exposure to both creative work and analytical business handling.
Core responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of the P&L for the assigned product or sub-category, including growth, margin, pricing, and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with finance, demand planning, and supply chain teams to support business targets.
- Shape and execute the content marketing plan across digital channels such as social media, influencers, and brand films.
- Build a distinctive brand voice and identify fresh content opportunities by working with internal and external creative partners.
- Collaborate with media, performance, and growth teams to increase the impact of content initiatives.
- Drive new product creation from idea through launch.
- Work with R&D and packaging teams to make sure products meet quality standards.
- Track market movements and customer feedback to guide the innovation roadmap.
What you should bring
- Proven commercial thinking with hands-on experience managing a product or category P&L.
- Strong command over content marketing, digital brand building, and audience engagement.
- The ability to turn insights into creative brand ideas.
- Comfort with data, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Beauty or makeup experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
