Business Analyst (Creatio)

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Business Analyst with Creatio experience to support digital transformation work for a partner organization based in Ireland. The hiring process, including applications and follow-up steps, is managed by the partner company.

You will bridge the gap between business teams and technical specialists, turning operational needs into practical solutions on the Creatio platform. The role spans the full delivery cycle, from understanding requirements and mapping processes through testing, deployment, and adoption support. It also gives exposure to low-code and no-code delivery, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

By working with cross-functional teams, you will help improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support successful platform rollouts in a collaborative agile setting.

Accountabilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business, functional, and system needs.
• Review and design business processes to spot opportunities for automation and optimization using Creatio.
• Set up and tailor Creatio applications with low-code and no-code tools so they align with business goals.
• Contribute across the project lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and test cases to support delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, QA professionals, and solution architects to ensure business needs are translated correctly into technical work.
• Lead or assist with UAT, gather user feedback, and help with end-user training.
• Keep system documentation, process guides, and knowledge materials current and accurate.
• Encourage good practices in no-code development, workflow automation, and effective use of the Creatio ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, BPM, or enterprise application environments.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Creatio, including CRM or Studio solutions.
• Solid understanding of BPM concepts, BPMN methods, CRM fundamentals, and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, run workshops, write specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum ways of working and participation in cross-functional teams.
• Basic familiarity with low-code principles and Creatio configuration options.
• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and careful attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Helpful extras include Creatio certification, integration experience with REST APIs or OData, knowledge of PostgreSQL or MS SQL, data modeling skills, and familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
