The Dublin team is growing and is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the next phase of development.

What the role involves

You will act as the connection point between business teams and technical delivery groups. The role focuses on a specialist operational area that handles complex financial and royalty allocation work. Your input will help shape improvements, define needs, review data, and support technology solutions that strengthen performance.

This is a high-visibility position with a good level of independence and frequent contact with senior stakeholders. It is well suited to someone who enjoys business analysis, working with data, and improving systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and business needs.
• Convert business requests into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Examine operational and financial information to spot patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Help enhance and refine critical systems and day-to-day workflows.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual outputs that support better decision-making.
• Serve as the link between operational users and technology teams during project delivery.
• Support system rollouts and ongoing improvement work.

Candidate profile

Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. The ideal person will be confident in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, documentation, analysis, and problem-solving. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data analysis is important, along with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable enterprise platform. A good understanding of data structures and reporting is also needed, as is the ability to work independently while balancing several priorities at once.

Preferred background

Candidates with experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Consulting, economics-led environments, or technology organisations with complex operational processes will be especially relevant.

Package and working arrangement

The salary range for this role is €65,000 to €80,000, with an annual bonus and a Long-Term Incentive Plan. The role is hybrid, with around 3 days per week based in the Dublin office. You will also have the chance to work with global stakeholders on strategic projects and join a growing, specialist international organisation operating in a distinctive and evolving market.
