Emirates is hiring cabin crew for a Dubai-based role with relocation support provided. In this position, you will represent the airline on board, assist passengers throughout their journey, and help create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe travel experience.

This role goes beyond hospitality. Safety, security, and service standards are all equally important, and you will be expected to manage onboard procedures with confidence while maintaining a polished and customer-focused presence.

What the role involves

Qualifications and experience

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and comfort working with people from diverse cultures are important.
• Minimum education required is high school completion (Grade 12).
• Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
• Minimum height requirement is 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
• The selected candidate will be based in Dubai and must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits

Compensation includes three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.

Basic salary is AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. The average total monthly pay is AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary arrears in the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transport between the hotel and airport.
