About the Role
Sundance Partners is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Chief Development Officer to join its executive leadership team. In this role, you will shape the company’s long-range growth agenda, steer corporate development efforts, build strategic alliances, and help drive enterprise planning that supports durable expansion.
You will work in close partnership with the CEO and senior leaders to uncover new opportunities for growth, strengthen organizational capability, design strategic initiatives, and keep business priorities aligned across the enterprise. This position calls for an executive with deep experience in corporate strategy, organizational growth, business expansion, and senior leadership.

Corporate Development Strategy
- Create and implement organization-wide corporate development plans that support long-term business goals.

Leadership and Team Development
- Build, coach, and guide high-performing corporate development and strategy teams.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.
You should bring at least 15 years of progressive executive leadership experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, or organizational leadership. A track record of leading enterprise growth programs and cross-functional initiatives is essential.
Strong knowledge of business strategy, organizational development, market analysis, and operational planning is required, along with direct experience working with executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
Preferred experience includes work in technology, SaaS, artificial intelligence, financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, or professional services, as well as exposure to global or multi-market organizations and high-growth environments.
