Role Summary
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Community Manager. The position is open to candidates who can work from anywhere and contribute to the growth of online communities through engagement, moderation, and cross-team collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee community spaces and keep interactions respectful, constructive, and on track.
- Plan and run engagement initiatives that encourage participation and improve member retention.
- Produce, organize, and distribute relevant content that sparks conversation and strengthens community connections.
- Track community wellness indicators, review participation patterns, and share regular insights on feedback and engagement.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams so community activities support broader business objectives.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Prior experience handling online communities or managing social media channels is necessary.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities are important for engaging members and creating content.
- You should be comfortable reviewing engagement data and using insights to adjust strategy.
- Familiarity with community management platforms and related tools is expected.
- Good problem-solving skills are needed to resolve conflicts or community issues effectively.
Compensation
