Role overview
Lidl Ireland is looking for a resourceful and highly organised Content Coordinator to join the Lidl Plus team in Dublin. The role focuses on shaping and keeping app-related content and creative assets up to date, while also ensuring materials are accurately maintained within the content management systems. You will work in a fast-moving environment, handling several priorities at once, meeting tight deadlines, and reporting to the Lidl Plus Manager.
The wider business is built around delivering an excellent customer experience across stores, warehouses, head office functions, and offices throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. The company has a large, ambitious workforce and values the contribution of its people as a key part of its success.
What you will do
- Help manage content for the Lidl Plus app and the communication channels connected to it, working closely with design teams on creative output and copy.
- Prepare and circulate weekly reports.
- Keep CMS tools and related content systems updated and accurate.
- Work across departments and business units to solve everyday administrative and operational issues.
- Check marketing material to make sure it is correct and fit for purpose.
- Maintain product and supplier databases.
- Support the line manager and wider team with administration tasks and project work as needed.
- Attend weekly campaign meetings and record the minutes.
What you need
- Some prior experience in a comparable position.
- A third-level qualification is advantageous, though not compulsory.
- Confidence managing several projects in a busy, deadline-driven setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills delivered in a professional and positive way.
- Ability to work on your own as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- A proactive approach with good problem-solving judgement.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools.
