Role summary
This full-time onsite role in Adelaide is for a Content Creator who will develop, publish, and manage digital content that promotes the company’s furniture assembly, installation, and handyman services. The focus is on producing engaging day-to-day content that improves online visibility, supports customer engagement, and helps build brand recognition through videos, photos, graphics, social posts, and other digital materials.
The role is centred on practical content production and digital communication. It is not intended to cover the broader strategic, budgeting, and market-analysis duties usually linked with a Marketing Specialist.
Compensation
The offered pay is AUD 79,600 per year plus superannuation.
Key duties
The successful candidate will create and manage digital material that showcases completed projects, service capability, and customer feedback. This includes publishing content across social platforms, websites, and other online channels; coordinating content schedules; and maintaining a consistent brand message.
The role also involves producing multimedia assets such as project videos, before-and-after visuals, installation demonstrations, photographs, testimonial content, social media posts, and written promotional copy. Working with technicians, project coordinators, and management will be important to uncover useful content opportunities that reflect the company’s work and customer outcomes.
Performance tracking is another core part of the job. The Content Creator will review campaign results, social engagement, website activity, and online enquiries, then use those findings to recommend improvements. The position also includes keyword research and SEO work, refreshing existing content, studying industry trends, supporting seasonal promotions and special offers, and helping maintain content calendars for timely publishing across multiple channels. Engagement with followers, review generation, and community-focused interaction will also be part of strengthening the company’s online reputation.
Experience and education
Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
