Role Overview
Zuhair Fayez is hiring a Contracts Specialist for its Jeddah office in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on contract preparation, tendering, and public-sector procurement activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or another closely related field is required.
- Candidates should have at least 7 years of professional experience in relevant contract and procurement work.
- Experience must include drafting and reviewing RFPs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Strong background in government procurement and tendering processes is necessary.
- Hands-on familiarity with the Etimad Platform and Saudi Government Procurement Law is required.
- The role also calls for experience in contract evaluation and contract administration.
- Applicants should be able to prepare and assess contract terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of public-sector procurement, competition procedures, and contracting regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
