Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Overview

HAILI is seeking a motivated entry-level Data Analyst to join the team in a full-time, onsite role based in Australia. This position is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are enthusiastic about working with data, solving business challenges, and developing a long-term career in analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from various business sources, then clean, verify, and prepare it for analysis.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and practical insights that support decision-making.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for business stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and produce recurring performance reports.
• Help maintain accurate, consistent, and high-quality data across reporting tools and systems.
• Work closely with teams across the business to support initiatives driven by data.
• Record analysis methods, workflows, and reporting practices for internal use.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently underway, in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Good analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Working familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Some experience with Python or R for analysis is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, along with clear communication and solid organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a team-oriented setting.
