Data Analyst

Role overview

Kforce is looking for a Data Analyst to support a client based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will help manage appeal tracking information, improve reporting queries, and support audience segmentation work that feeds acquisition, retention, and upgrade efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Keep appeal tracking datasets accurate, consistent, and dependable across the relevant systems.
• Assist with creating and refining database queries used for reporting and analysis.
• Perform audience segmentation to support acquisition, retention, and upgrade campaigns.
• Help coordinate constituent data across multiple outreach channels so campaign delivery stays aligned.

Required qualifications

• Strong Excel capability, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Careful approach to work with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Good analytical judgment with the ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and inform decisions.

Compensation and benefits

The pay band for this role reflects the range Kforce reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Final compensation may be above or below that range depending on education, credentials, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union agreement, and business needs, and it may change over time.

Eligible employees may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA and FSA options, and life, disability, and ADD insurance. Salaried staff are given paid time off. Hourly staff are not generally eligible for PTO unless required by law. Hourly employees assigned to a Service Contract Act project may qualify for paid sick leave.

This position does not include bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
