Role Overview

We are seeking an early-career Data Insights Analyst who is naturally inquisitive, highly analytical, and careful with detail. In this full-time role, you will turn raw information into practical insights that help guide business choices, strengthen operations, and surface new opportunities for growth.

This position is well suited to recent graduates or professionals at the start of their careers who are keen to build experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Gather data from multiple sources, structure it clearly, and analyze it to uncover trends and meaningful patterns.
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support informed decision-making.
Track key performance indicators and translate findings into recommendations stakeholders can act on.
Assist with checking data accuracy, cleaning datasets, and supporting quality control efforts.
Contribute to the creation and upkeep of reporting and business intelligence tools.
Partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and analytical goals.
Perform one-off analyses and prepare recommendations based on the results.
Record analysis methods, reporting steps, and related processes for future reference.
Keep up to date with analytics software, industry developments, and current best practices.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a closely related area.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for detail.
Confident use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and handling data.
Exposure to visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio will be considered an advantage.
Solid understanding of statistics, analytical methods, and core business metrics.
Ability to make sense of data and explain insights clearly to others.
Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
Internships, university projects, or prior data analysis experience will be viewed favorably.
