Your tasks

• You will organize daily vehicle deployment and make sure dispatching is handled on time.
• You will prepare the transport and vehicle documents that must accompany each trip.
• You will plan and control routes using logistics-related performance figures.

• You will act as the contact person for customers, drivers, and internal colleagues.

Profile and requirements

• You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or as an industrial clerk, or you hold an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in dispatching a vehicle fleet and have knowledge of the waste management sector.
• You bring a practical, hands-on mindset and act with entrepreneurial thinking and initiative.
• You are assertive, well organized, and able to keep track of multiple priorities even during busy periods.
• You are committed, collaborative, reliable, and customer- and service-oriented.
• You are confident using IT systems, especially SAP and MS Office applications.
