Key responsibilities
- Work with different teams to apply effective HR practices across the business.
- Support Kerry’s efforts to attract and retain strong talent as the company grows.
- Build exposure to HR specialist areas such as organisational effectiveness, learning and talent development, HR business partnering, and talent acquisition.
- Contribute to strategic choices and performance outcomes within assigned business areas.
- Use your understanding of people and business needs to help support growth across multiple teams and regions.
- Gain specialist exposure in areas including reward, sustainability, transformation, employee relations, and engagement.
Qualifications and experience
- You should be working toward, or have completed, a degree in a business-related subject, ideally Human Resources.
- A minimum of 6 months’ work experience is required, and total experience should not exceed 3 years.
- You should be motivated, inquisitive, and ready to apply your abilities in a practical setting.
- The role suits someone who is open-minded, flexible, and willing to take on new opportunities.
- You must be a graduate or close to graduating.
- Strong English communication skills are required; another language is an advantage.
- You must be eligible to work permanently in the location where you apply.
- Willingness to travel and relocate is needed.
