Role OverviewAmneal Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Executive Admin for its Ahmedabad facility. The role focuses on site administration, movement control, housekeeping governance, vendor and security coordination, and routine administrative reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and run controls for movement of employees, materials, visitors, and vehicles within the site.Create, roll out, and maintain admin SOPs and compliance processes.Keep housekeeping standards high across the factory, including open areas, offices, cabins, corridors, canteen, locker rooms, parking areas, toilets, entrances, terraces, and staircases.Train housekeeping staff so work is carried out in line with SOPs.Track cleaning-material availability and ensure stock is always sufficient.Oversee pest-control schedules and maintain the related records.Coordinate preventive maintenance and civil repair work with the maintenance team.Ensure plumbing and sanitation work is completed properly and washrooms remain well maintained.Manage cleaning arrangements for uniforms and aprons as per SOP.Ensure employees receive uniforms, aprons, and other items according to policy.Make sure locker allocation and upkeep are handled as per policy.Help safeguard company property from theft or misuse with support from deployed security staff.Allow only housekeeping staff who are clean and physically fit to enter the premises.Handle grooming and presentation standards for security and housekeeping deployment.Conduct daily briefings for security guards and housekeeping teams.Monitor cleanliness of the external company premises.Maintain records of material movement into and out of the company.Track all returnable gate passes.Maintain logs for keys, visitor cards, and visitor slips.Record bus arrival and departure timings.Track inward and outward movement of company vehicles and verify log books.Prepare MIS reports.Handle admin data entry and bill processing.RequirementsMBA qualification required.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration operations.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
