Role Overview

DP World Cold Chain Logistics Private Limited is hiring an Executive Operations for its Karnataka location. The role focuses on day-to-day warehouse execution, stock movement, customer coordination, documentation, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse personnel and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Monitor output levels, review productivity, and share operational reports.
• Track the movement of goods from receipt to storage and final dispatch.
• Maintain records, compile updates, and prepare required paperwork.
• Support adherence to hygiene, maintenance, and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across levels and communicate with customers when needed.
• Carry out routine checks of the warehouse premises every day.
• Coordinate the upkeep of vehicles, tools, and equipment used in operations.
• Handle inbound material flow and inward processing.
• Manage outbound dispatch activity and outward processing.
• Perform inventory control through cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Interact with customers on a daily basis to support operations.
• Prepare annexures related to storage and handling invoices.
• Assist in safety management activities.
• Coordinate customer quality audits.

Eligibility and Experience

The employer is looking for a graduate with prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a comparable role. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly over email and phone and should have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
