Role Summary

The Executive Vice President position is a full-time remote leadership role with responsibility for guiding major business functions and shaping company-wide direction. The EVP will lead operational execution, support growth initiatives, and work closely with senior leadership to define and carry out long-term strategy. The role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing performance objectives, tracking financial and operational results, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. It also requires relationship management with partners, investors, and clients, representation in high-level discussions and external engagements, mentorship of leaders, and evaluation of opportunities for product and market expansion.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in executive leadership and strategic management, including vision setting and priority definition.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational outcomes.
• Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, performance review, and growth planning.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
• Capability in operations leadership, process improvement, change management, and scaling remote teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital assets, capital markets, structured financial products, and compliance considerations.
• History of success in senior executive roles, especially in fast-growing or startup settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfort and effectiveness in a fully remote, globally distributed work environment.
