Field Service Representative

Role overview

Magid is looking for a Field Service Representative to support the availability of safety products for customer teams. In this position, you will help keep personal protective equipment stocked, organized, and working properly so employees at client sites have the supplies they need.

What you'll handle

• Refill vending machines at customer sites with safety items such as glasses, gloves, and other PPE.
• Track inventory levels so products remain available and shortages are avoided.
• Keep storage spaces neat, orderly, and well maintained.
• Carry out basic machine upkeep and change parts when needed to keep equipment operating correctly.
• Move inventory between vending units and storage areas in an efficient way.

Work schedule

This role supports three customer locations in Crawfordsville, New Ross, and Pittsboro. The initial schedule is expected to be about 32 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours per week depending on business demand. Working days are Monday through Friday, usually from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility at the start and end of the day.

What you need

• A dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a personal smartphone.
• Comfort using basic computer tools and confidence with mechanical tasks.
• Clear communication and strong customer service ability for working with clients.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Willingness to work in industrial manufacturing settings that may be noisy, temperatures may vary, and the environment may be demanding.
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for urgent maintenance and repair needs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
