FM Program Manager

Role Overview

This position is for a Facility Management Program Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on planning, executing, and improving facility management initiatives so they support organizational objectives, operational continuity, and budget discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and roll out facility management programs that match business priorities and financial targets.
• Supervise everyday facility operations, covering maintenance of equipment, systems, and building infrastructure.
• Maintain productive vendor partnerships while ensuring service quality and value for money.
• Build and monitor the facility budget, with a focus on finding and delivering savings opportunities.
• Make sure all activities comply with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and environmental rules.
• Own facility-related projects and drive them to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Support sustainability efforts such as improving energy use and minimizing waste.
• Guide, coach, and strengthen the facility management team to sustain strong performance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s qualification in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management or an equivalent role is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people effectively.
• Solid project management experience, including handling large or complex assignments.
